I hired Tim to represent my brother. From the Get go the communication was horrible. Texts and phone calls were not returned EVER. Not once did Tim sit down with us to discuss the case or what was going on with it. I handed him case law that he never considered that multiple other attorneys told me is a no brainer. From the beginning Tim knew a DUI was possible. He left my brother at court to be arraigned by a public defender despite me paying him $2500. Then he wanted more money despite having absolutely no communication skills. All he did was get 5 continuances. Never discussed our case with us. Hire this man if you want to throw your money away and then have to hire another lawyer.
I hired Tim for my case. I was left in the dark about everything that was going on. My family was left in the dark. No communication at all. I paid a lot of money to this man the least he could do was return my phone calls. I had a warrant come out for a charge related to the case I hired him for. He surrendered me to the marshal's and then left me and my friend at court with no representation at arraignment. I asked for some of my money back and he told me no that he did "a lot". If by a lot you mean ignoring us, making us feel like our case doesn't matter to you, and leaving us at court alone then yeah you did a lot. If you hire Tim you will be wasting your money and kicking yourself when you have to spend thousands on a new lawyer. I have had better representation from public defenders.
