"Words alone can't express my appreciation and gratitude I have for the Law Office of Neil Crane going above and beyond." Time was against me, and I needed to resolved my Bankruptcy ASAP!!! Attorney Audra Buckland exceeded my expectations beyond what I could have ever imagine! From the receptionist to the paralegals, I received outstanding customer service! Thank you! Paula Company
Before meeting Neil Crane, I spoke with several bankruptcy attorneys and left discouraged. My situation was either treated as “too complex,” or I was told what I wanted to hear without my real concerns being addressed. From the first meeting, Neil was different. He spent nearly two hours walking through my situation before I had paid a dollar. He was honest, direct, and clear about what was ahead, without ever being dismissive or pushy. He didn’t just run me through a filing. He worked to exhaust every viable option and guided me through months of cleanup and a responsible wind-down of my business. Neil and his team were consistently responsive, patient, and organized as new issues came up and documents were gathered. Leading up to my Meeting of the Creditors, they made sure I felt calm and prepared. This process moved forward smoothly because I had the right counsel. I recommend Neil Crane’s office without hesitation.
Handled my case very professionally.
Very knowledgeable!
These Law Offices are small but are extremely busy. When I needed to file bankruptcy, I never knew how many people actually go through the process. They made us feel comfortable that things would be okay.
The process went smoothly, however, I felt the communication could have been better. I had to repeatedly ask what the next step was.
Very poor communication. Several email with supportive documents attached were lost by the office. Too many individuals handling the same case and causing confusion.
It was difficult to get call backs. When I did speak with an attorney in the office I felt so rushed I didn't get a chance to ask all my questions. I was very frustrated with response times to inquiries. My business was handled and concluded with the expected outcome but I spent most of the experience frustrated.
RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE!!!!! My husband and I filed for bankruptcy and dealt with Audra. The whole process was a nightmare. They had us come in for our first meeting thinking we were meeting with a lawyer and we meet with some young kid to tell us what we need which he gave us all the wrong information. We got scheduled for a phone consult with a lawyer a few days later and told we didn't need any of the info he told us we needed which we did. When we finally had a in person meeting with Audra to be honest I have no idea if she's an attorney or not she didn't prepare us what we needed to for the following week when they would file our case. They had me running to the bank from work minutes before they were filing because my daughter had too much money in her account. In total filing cost us about $18,000.
