Typical procedure was followed. Did not fight hard for our case.
I was friends with Scapini for 30 years and a client for 20 years. When I was falsely accused of writing a slanderous letter I went to him and asked him to take my case. I told him I know who wrote the letter but he said he couldn’t take it because it was a political conflict so he referred me to one of his buddies that one charged me $4000 just to sit down and talk to me, every time he wrote a letter made a phone call. He build me. I was living in Florida at the time, so I had to fly back-and-forth three times and Rent-A-Car and pay for flights. I so learned she could not sue me because I was living in Florida. My Crooked friend never bothered to tell me that. I couldn’t afford all of this so I re-mortgaged my condo in Florida at the time when it was disastrous mortgage and condo issues. I could not pay the mortgage so I lost my condo…my pension fund, Sick day pay, savings, and TSA were all in the condo. Lost it all thanks to Scappini. Wrote a letter telling him..but no response.
