Hired Attorney Carol Thompson

In Awe of Carol! Beyond ANY Possible Expectation. Hire ASAP! You’ve never met any other attorney with the amount of fight, care, and knowledge that Carol has. I cannot even put into words how much Carol can and will do for you. Her ability to navigate both the military and civilian justice system has been tremendous in my case. I’ve been working with Carol for almost a year now. She’s kept things moving along while the other side stalls and is trying to make you give up. So transparent, honest, unbelievably on top of things. I’m someone who would tell you pros and cons of working with someone. I’ve had five different attorneys. They all had their ups and downs. I have absolutely nothing bad or off to say about Carol or her team. Beyond grateful this person exists. I’ve literally put my life in this person’s hands. You will not regret working with Carol. A definite cut above all others. Highly, highly recommended. She’s so responsive too. Blown away by this experience in a good way!

Hired Law Firm

I do not have issue with Mr. Montalvo, I have issue with firm he works with. When I searched on Martindale for the Federal Practice Group, this is the only profile I got. The firm routinely reviews and tells you something... E.g. Attorney Zachary Fischer told me repeatedly that my immediate supervisor abused her power and he ran it by other attorneys at the firm. Fast forward a year and he tucks tail. I like Mr. Fischer, personally, but when I see that...or I hear him say they'll represent me for a filing with OSC, then, go to Debra, and duck and cover. I paid your firm over $13k and you want to say...nah forget it... absolutely disgraceful. A firm should "mean what it says and says what it means." Let me ask FPG this, let's say I recorded and timestamped our calls and sent that over to a review board, to show double talk... Say one thing, do another? Your firm couldn't even point out the obvious that an internal investigation had no basis on a hostile work environment...fix this.

Hired Law Firm

Working with federal practice group since 2014 unemployment law case. Anytime the other side dragged feet, provided misinformation. It was never challenged by FPG. Turnover of attorneys was harmful. I was still being charged to reeducate the new attorney. 10 years later, got to a settlement agreement in federal court not the best, but it was stated most obviously it would not be complied with correctly and need attention to fix discrepancies. There were plenty including style of payout. Taxed at 80%, my money went to the wrong places first. The Attorney got her money. I got a smidge of money. I did an audit to show the discrepancies, and only a cover letter had to be provided with the signature of the attorney who still represented me. I have been trying for a year and a half to get a response. I was told three times by Deborah D’Agostino she was filing a noncompliance or similar. Not done. I am 60 days from retirement with the records not fixed in my retirement check will be wrong.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
