Steven R. Kiersh is a law firm established in 1983 with an office in Washington, DC. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer practicing medical negligence, product liability, civil litigation and 4 other areas of law.
He was appointed by the DC Criminal Defense Office. He was awful. I sent him numerous emails and he would ignore them, until I started labeling them "SECOND REQUEST", "THIRD REQUEST", etc. During my hearings, I would write notes to SK and he ignored them. He never tried to impeach the Gov't on lies they were perpetrating. On the Govt's dime, he flew to my home State to meet with my doctor--he spent the weekend visiting friends and 1 hour with my doctor. He didn't want to meet with me to discuss anything. He doesn't have a true "law firm", no staff. He rents office space w/many other tenants. His filings are full of typo errors. I filed an Ineffective Assistance of Counsel and its apparent the legal system in America (notably, the Judges) always side with the "officer of the court" vs the Plaintiff. During my IAC hearing, he contended that I approved everything, in advance, and he was "following my advice". I wouldn't hire him to represent a glass of water. USELESS POS
Ineffective assistance of counsel not a trial lawyer you will lose he's aligned with prosecution I feel he's a sociopath who could care less about your freedom
Ineffective assistance of counsel very poor lawyer handedly lost trial it was a sham trial. He never made arguments we discussed never saw full discovery. I feel he's a sociopath who could care less about your freedom. He was/is aligned with prosecution. He is the stereotypical slimball lawyer he has no employees nor permanent office space. He didn't even prepared questions for trial. He's the worst please take heed to my warning
he is a no good lawyer he sold me out to the other side and lie to me because of him I still fighting for my rights because he took part of a cover up injury case in which he worked with the other side to set me up to lose and I can prove it. if I can get some help I want him
