Horrific people. Horrible communication--good luck on getting a call back. The positive reviews I have seen about Price Benowitz look like they are from overseas and not real. Please, you've already been involved in some sort of trauma or you would not be reading this -- save yourself the agony, aggravation along with major defeat and go to another firm. I wish you luck with the help you need -- just from another firm. Not these clowns dressed as attorneys. They don't even answer their own phones! Everything and everyone is overseas!! It's that bad.

They show up uninvited, trying to drum up business from vulnerable patients. That’s not the kind of lawyer you want on your side. The positive reviews for this firm seem suspiciously fake, likely coming from overseas. My experience was a complete disaster—they outsource their 24/7 intake calls to other countries, and once you’re in, getting an attorney to return your call is nearly impossible. If you’ve been hurt, you deserve better treatment than this. Don’t waste your time or money here. They focus on minor case

If I had to sum up my experience with Patrick Woolley and Price Benowitz LLP in one word it would be 'disappointing'. I found their services to be lacking in professionalism, transparency and respect for me as a client. Although there were significant delays in filing my case and lack of communication between the law firm and myself, the main issue I had, in my opinion, was the incompetence displayed by Patrick Woolley. During the court proceedings Mr. Woolleys performance left much to be desired. He agreed to terms without consulting or seeking consent from me. What was more troubling was his lack of understanding of these terms; he had to look them up on his phone outside the courtroom. This demonstrated a level of unpreparedness and lack of knowledge that genuinely surprised me. In conclusion, my experience with Patrick Woolley and Price Benowitz LLP made me feel undervalued as a client and dissatisfied with their service. I strongly recommend considering your options.

Very pleasant and competent intake person, but I never spoke with a lawyer. I was asked for paperwork which I sent and a week plus later the intake person called to say they would not take my case. When I asked for an explanation they said the lawyer would call. That never happened.

Waste of my time! Firm has no communication skills. Could not even get a call back and when I called was told my case had been declined. The lack of professionalism in at least letting me know is just rude.
