I fired Mr Pitre 2 weeks after hiring him after he showed himself incapable of manning up to accept responsibility for a mistake. Do not be fooled by the low initial retainer or how personable he appears in the initial consultation because when things go wrong his flippant dishonesty comes to the fore and I couldn't stomach it. Thankfully, I have not lost more than the $2500 I wasted on him and my case is fully on track and now in the hands of attorneys that demonstrate the competence and honesty that I found so lacking in Mr Pitre. your case. Never keep you informed until you either ask or the date of something is approaching. All of his employees except Michelle are awful, including him. I chose not to go to trial because I saw that he was going to make me lose. Complete malpractice. I did not trust he would do a good job based off the experiences I was having with Guillory, Jenkins, and him. Worst, T-H-E worst attorney I ever had. He was never ready. His afraid of the opposite party more than trying to help his clients. If you are an experienced attorney who have dealt with EEOC cases before, wouldn't you know exactly how much to charge the government for attorney fees? He will make you pay out of pocket and still take all of your attorney fees. He is not here to help you, he is there to scam you. Super $$ hungry. I know you are about to respond to my review Mr. Pitre to control the narrative but I wish you had put that same sassy energy you will give to the comments towards my case. I 10000% do not recommend.

Unfortunately, I found this attorney during the pandemic 10/2020. Please don't select Mr. Pitre unless you want to get ripped off and dropped when its time to perform. I'm shocked at my experience and plan to file a formal complaint against this firm. A total rip-off. I was impressed with his answering his own call to explain service delivery and brief explanation of what to expect. At that time, the ground work for filings, complaints, etc had already been done by me---without avail. The climate was/and remains extremely hostile with recurrent discrimination, harassment, retaliation, refusal to provide accommodations, etc; 1) he f/u w/EEOC for my right to sue ltr 5 mos after contract. Besides threats to quit/pymt no real work performed. He requested extensions in memos...that's it. After i gathered interrogatory responses, kept for 1 month and notified Judge of withdrawal---attached a possibility note to a billing statement...never called...performed no work collected $15 +
