Hired Law Firm

I found attorney Johnathan Lloyd a few years ago when I was forced into litigation by my federal agency and I can honestly say that the positive outcome of my case was a direct result of the expertise and skill of Mr. Lloyd. I found Mr. Lloyd when a close friend recommended Passman and Kaplan and they told me this law firm was the best for mitigating EEO-related matters. As a federal employee in the public-sector, Johnathan's involvement in my case was from the very beginning of the EEO proces

I've thought about how to rate Passman & Kaplan for some time. It may be better to ask what the value of winning your case means to you? If you need to win, this law firm is your best chance at doing so. They wrote the book (literally). Purchase that and then consider what having that team on your side could do for you. As for me, it was an easy decision. The recommendation that I give is better summed up by the fact that I sent others their way. If you need to win; you need them.

Attorney AZ was excellent in addressing my fears and stress relating to my lawsuit with the federal agency for ADR and Discrimination. She gave excellent advice to me whenever I needed to move forward or drop this case.

I just don't feel the atty knew enough about my particular agency, regulations, my situation; and didn't provide advice and forewarning as to possible outcomes. I could have gone on a vaca instad of spending my money here.

This firm works against the client and in favor of the agency so they get OVER paid attorney fees in a settlement without submitting proof of actual costs. In addition to their outrageous attorney fees that the agency pays in full; they also take 1/3 of the clients damages awarded. they are crooks and I would not recommend them to anyone
