Jordan D. Howlette is the founder and managing attorney of Justly Prudent, a general civil litigation and business law firm that provides comprehensive legal services across multiple practice areas, with particular aptitude in civil rights and constitutional tort litigation. Before founding the firm, Jordan served as a trial attorney in the Tax Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, where he litigated dozens of cases in federal courts nationwide and earned the Division's Outstanding Attorney and Outstanding Service awards. An Army veteran, he completed a combat tour in Afghanistan and a tour in South Korea. He received his law degree, with honors, from New England Law | Boston and holds a Master of Business Administration from American University. Jordan is committed to advancing civil rights through both his legal practice and his involvement in ABA policy initiatives.
