Attorney Gould helped me prior to him moving to Washington DC. Along with (CWEALF) Connecticut Woman Education and Legal Fund, wrote out a CHRO complaint in Connecticut in 2003. He had to move but he initiated a solid case that CWEALF assisted in. My car was ultimately graffitied with death threats at my State Of CT workplace. CHRO is actually a joke because “prevailing”, means I got an average lump sum. NO reinstatement to my state position and the STATE OF CONNECTICUT gagged my settlement even though they just re-tortured me. If Attorney Gould didn’t have to move, he would have kicked their butts. That entire agency never returns anyone back to work nor does the retaliation end. It’s not Attorney Gould, he told me “they violated every disability law on the planet.” Nobody left in Connecticut like him. Nobody will return a call. Washington is lucky to have him. Thank you for validating what they did to me-
