Originally from Spartanburg, South Carolina, Charles William Hinnant, Jr. has built a solid reputation as a knowledgeable advocate for patients and clients alike. At the start of his professional career, Dr. Hinnant pursued the medical profession and graduated from Medical University of South Carolina in 1986. Several years later, he chose to expand to a legal platform and graduated from Georgia State University School of Law in 2001. Since then, he has shown a zealous commitment to the success of each and every case he handles.
Throughout his career, Dr. Hinnant has been published in many notable works for his medical findings in the scientific world, as well as their implications in the legal realm. A respected doctor and knowledgeable attorney, Dr. Hinnant is no stranger to complex cases and extensive claims.
Since 2018, Dr. Hinnant has served as an instructor in Health Law at Limestone College and has been an Adjunct Professor of Public Health Sciences at Clemson University since 2017. Additionally, he is a member of the South Carolina Bar, Health Law Section, the Anderson County Bar, and the South Carolina Bar Lawyers Helping Lawyers Program.
