Obtained leglislation that repealed the "strict liability" nature of employer liability for "documents abuse" offenses under the Special Counsel statute, 1996. Obtained legislation relaxing I-9 paperwork requirements for certain multi-employer associations, 1996. Successfully sued the INS in U.S. District Court to improve INS implementation of the foreign health-care worker regime.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
