Hired Law Firm

Hired one Brandes Ash for mediation services on a relatively similar matter several thousand dollars and many months later I had to end the mediation because her services were ineffective. Another attorney I consulted seemed shocked that she kept this process going for so long indicating that she valued the fees for ineffective service over the intrests of the clients. Nor do I believe she was fully objective in her handling of this matter. It is possible my views are biased by the actions of the other party but her conduct after I informed her that I was ending mediation was such that I had to file a complaint with the DC bar. I would never recommend this firm.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
