Arturo Jessel, an advisor to the firm's Global Trade Practice Group, has more than 28 years of experience in international trade, trade policy, and U.S.-Mexico trade and bilateral relations.
Prior to joining the firm, Arturo was the Senior Trade Counselor and Information Specialist at the Embassy of Mexico, and was directly involved in the negotiation and implementation monitoring of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). He was also responsible for market access issues and promoted trade and investment opportunities in Mexico. Arturo also worked in the offices of the Secretariat of Commerce and Industrial Promotion, where he held various positions.
