Judith Jamieson took her time and made sure I was comfortable and understood everything involved with a “Trust”. She was professional but still easy to talk to and I would definitely tell friends and family she is the person to hire.
Kalendar and Nash are straight up crooks. They sit on your estate, even though there is a valid uncontested will, and never release the money while constantly billing and draining the account. A year and a half and no funds released, except to pay themselves. The entire firm should be in jail.
Another attorney in this office was recommended. Unfortunately, he was not taking new clients. I settled for Damian Nash. It proved to be a terrible decision. The hallmark of an effective attorney is excellent communication skills between the attorney, his staff, and his clients. An attorney should keep clients updated on all developments, thoroughly explain legal terms and the processes to ensure they are understood. Equally important is having competent, responsible, and dependable office staff who will forward all forms of communication to the attorney. All of these were blatantly lacking. Important emails were overlooked and not sent to the attorney. My inquiry regarding these issues was met with anger and a defensive attitude by the attorney. Damian Nash was unresponsive, uncommunicative, and displayed an unprofessional response to my concerns. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. I am a businesswoman who treats clients with the respect they deserve. He needs to do the same!!!
