I agreed to have Judy act as Guardian as litem in a post judgement divorce case. my attorney, who made the recommendation, and I both regret that decision. Often times, a client will be unhappy as a direct result of whether they won or lost their case. This is not one of those cases. Since her initial involvement there was bias. Her role was to determine the visitation schedule of my three children. Despite both parents being capable of providing for the children, my case was always about how much I was going to lose. During this time, Judy demonstrated a concerning lack of organization and recollection of what had and had not actually taken place. This seemed to progress over the two year engagement with her. Not recalling events/situations that she was directly involved in, confusing our case with others. Most concerning is the lack of ethics she displayed. She proved to be either inept or corrupt, neither of which are acceptable.

Hired Attorney Judy Assad

Very unprofessional , dishonest and costly. Was rushed and felt as I was battling my own lawyer. Could've represented myself much better. Prep either day before or day of court date. Not punctual what so ever nor did i recieve any paperwork that was promised. PLEASE FIND OTHER REPRESENTATION! plenty out there
