This involved verifying contracts with third-party ICT service providers for DORA compliance, coordinating contract analysis, negotiating with ICT service providers, analyzing vendor annexes and drafting appropriate contractual clauses to secure favorable terms of cooperation and ensure compliance with DORA regulations.
