They would not give me the time of day and couldn’t even help me with a referral. My brother and I had both our dad and mom die of cancer a year apart from each other. We were left their estate which had a mortgage attached to it. We went thru probate and did all the steps it took to get the mortgage company to switch our parents info to our info on the mortgage. They would not do it after a few years go by due to deferments for Covid we still could. It get any info out of midland mortgage not even payoff not even what we were behind had checks sent back due to names not matching. So long story short the bank foreclosed on it then turned around and bout the estate in a not so public auction. My brother and lost out on about 80k in equity because of this went from having a home to not. And then here is Vanderpool Lawfirm who was highly recommended by lawyers.com and about every one I talked. The receptionist was very confrontational and wouldn’t give us anytime at all. Sadly very sadded
