I wish he would do my battery case in wabash he cared he did his work he explained and showed compassionate to his client results are good if I asked a question he gave me the best positive answer and the correct way about things

I have worked with and against Brian for the last several years when he was a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in Marshall County. He was extremely knowledgeable and an extremely competent adversary. But he was also willing to listen to other facts and to learn more about the case from my client's point of view. Very fair. Always interested in justice. I am confident he will take amazing care of his own clients now that he's back in private practice. Do not hesitate to call Brian for any legal need.

He is my public attorney fir a rule to show cause where he has failed to provide information on my case which resulted in my incarnation and a 2000 body attachment. If you get this guy appointed to you he is definitely working with the prosecution. He didn't give me any game plan and has failed to file anything beneficial on.my behalf, and I've asked him to multiple times. I belive he should at the very least loose his license to practice and someone should look into the kosciusco county court rooms because they just so what they want here and do t follow the law if they can get away with it.
