May 12, 2021 Susan Leslie Fraser, The Law Office of Susan Leslie-Fraser, PO Box 147, Warrenton, VA 20188 VSB Docket No. 21-070-121165 Effective May 11, 2021, the Seventh District Subcommittee of the Virginia State Bar issued a public reprimand with terms to Susan Leslie Fraser for violating professional rules that govern diligence, communication, and safekeeping property. This was an agreed disposition of misconduct charges.
Please read the other negative reviews and understand that they are 100% accurate. I hired Susan for my case, that she assured me she was able to handle. Issues: she will schedule appointments and cancel last minute, she is always sick )especially if it is raining), she misses phone calls and emails and will delay in getting back to you with a response, she will make promises and not follow through, and overall just waste your time. For me, she did not send subpoenas out, pressured me into settling, did not bring evidence to the first trial (it sat in boxes at her office), oh and my favorite; the day before our second trial that she promised she would give me her all, she had the audacity to tell me to fire her, after I got upset that she did not prepare for my case and wasted over a year of my time. I ended up in a worse situation after hiring her than before, I was better off representing myself. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
