the worst lawyer and a very bad human being that profits off of helpless people. stay away. i can't imagine how she is persuading companies to hire her. One of those bloodthirsty way to make a living at the expense of poor people. She should go after big companies that have the money instead of harassing normal people.
I have worked with Mrs.Langenberg with our HOA. She claims knowing the law, but showed no knowledge of zoom meetings being allowed doing covid and charging us $250 for that. She is misrepresenting the bylaws of our HOA and lying about fact that didn't happen. Our Bylaws require liens to put on properties when there are unpaid dues and yet in 10 years collecting delinquent accounts she never did. We as an HOA lost a lot of money because of her. If you owe money she will drag you to court and will keep sending you checks back if you try to pay. There is no online pay available to pay her. If you look for an attorney keep looking.
Ms. Langenberg's representation was terminated from our community after 3 months. She then proceeded to tell our Board members who had served for years that they were not Board members, providing no proof whatsoever. She was unable to accept the reality that she was fired, or accept that Board members had been voted onto the Board over 2 years ago, insisting that they were not actually Board members. She falsely claimed that the community members were not given sufficient notice for an annual election meeting that was held over 2 years ago--for which she was not even employed until a few months ago. She needs to be reported to the Bar Association for illegitimate and misleading tactics.
Very unprofessional. Does not return phone calls left with message service. Poor time response to e-mails. When you call the phone number listed for her you can NEVER speak to anyone at the law office. Something is not right with this law office in that the phone number is listed for Fairfax but the mailing address is Warrenton Virginia. She spends more time on social media, getting articles printed about her in The Washington Post and Twitter than she does attending to her company.
