Hired Attorney Jeffrey Robertson

No way would I recommend...I hired for simple dro in march...first his office supposedly sent it to the wrong address. Then when I call in July it was sent but they haven't heard anything...now October thanks to ME calling and harassing got letter today stating dro was denied due to dro wording from MY LAWYER...Mind you he was given the paperwork from the annuity as to what exactly they needed...RIDICULOUS. NO COMMUNICATION...UNPROFESSIONAL.

It is not unusual that the DRO on the 1st attempt or 2nd attempt is denied because of specific wording that the DRO plan administrators need in specifics to that person's individual plan, the DRO is then revised and then usually accepted.

Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
