Lance and his whole staff was very professional and I believe he helped me very much in a situation that was hard to go through for the first time in business. I now know alot more about business law and the what and what not to do's for the most part.
We hired Attorney Kristin Cerri in November 2024 to file for guardianship and serve the incarcerated parents, request medical records, and file the consent to adopt. By August 2025, only the guardianship had been filed, and even that was delayed because she failed to properly serve the parents despite their known prison locations. We were billed repeatedly for unsuccessful attempts and paid over $6,000 with little progress. She never filed the medical records request and failed to file the consent to adopt, forcing the mother to hire a different attorney. She dropped us on the day of trial after we filed a formal complaint with the Bar Association, and we have documentation to support everything. In my opinion, she overpromised, underdelivered, and abandoned us when we needed her most. We lost our case to foster parents seeking to adopt our family members against the mother’s wishes, instead of being adopted back into our family. This review is my personal experience and opinion.
Katie Roach was biased and dishonest. She didn't seem to care that she harmed my young children by her corrupt and callous actions. God will judge.
Lance would be more suited as a prosecutor. Lance works for the state and not his clients. Don't waste your money with him.
