Mrs. Lotspeich is not a good person. She nickel-and-dimed me almost broke. If i sent an email it would cost me 20 bucks, if she sent me an email it would cost me 20 bucks, if I called... $50.00 and an office visit $250.00 or more. if she had to email my husbands attorney it would cost me, every time her assistant had to type something it would cost me, if I spoke on the phone to her assistant it would cost me the same as if I was talking to her, even text messages cost me. When it came down to my actual case I am not convinced she knows the law at all. The judge scolded me for something she told me to do, and inevitably costed me the most in the end, my case. Her assistance acted like she was my attorney and even told me she knows more then she does. All around a terrible experience for me.
