Randil J. Rudloff is a 1970 graduate of Kent State University with a BA in Political Science and Sociology. Randi received his Juris Doctor degree in 1973 from Ohio Northern University where he was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law, The Willis Society Scholastic Honorary, the Ohio Northern Law Review and was active as a legal intern with the Allen County Legal Aid Program. Randi was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1973, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio in 1973, the United States Supreme Court in 1979 and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit in 2010.
Randi has been a member of the Trumbull County, Mahoning County, Ohio State and American Bar Associations since 1973. He has served as a member of the Trumbull County Bar Association Professional Conduct Committee for 35 years and presently has served for the past ten years as Bar Counsel for the Trumbull County Bar Association in the prosecution of lawyer discipline matters before the Ohio Supreme Court. Randi's practice includes civil litigation, appellate practice, family law, probate and business organizations. Randi and his wife Debbi (a retired Family Law Magistrate) enjoy golf and shooting sports.
