Time and has lied to me.Mine is a car wreck and she had 2 years to file this on time and failed to do it.She also told me that on her malpractice part for not filing I would get a check for a certain amount she even under oath at the mediation swore she was liable for this amount and the othe party we are also going after my court hearing and everything is alsways postponed.She is to get a certain amount and they don’t do any of the work I have done all my leg work and she is still going to 331/3 Percent.After my case is hopefully finished I will turn her in to the bar for doing me this way as she probably has done others I followed my stuff through courts and always had to call her because she doesn’t respond I. A timely manner
