Irene and her staff are the BEST!! On our first meeting the appointment ran a little over but she was so nice about it,she didn't try and rush me so she could get home. Even after she won my case for me I had questions and I could always call and get answers and a kind word every time.

Ms. Makridis herself was quite responsive and clear in her communication. However, her staff were somewhat confusing and did not always respond in a clear and concise manner. Overall we were satisfied with her services.
