Very quick to respond. His assistant was excellent and special thanks to Janet for staying on top of all requirements and follow ups. Always responded to all my questions.
I found Joel to be responsive and knowledgeable. He returned my calls and emails. His staff was friendly and helpful.
I would hope future home sellers who use Flanzbaum & Cohen, LLC, will know to insist upon more forthright communication, especially about total fees.. We closed on our NJ home in August 2017. It was only a day or two before closing when we were showed the settlement statement, revealing a surprise $800+ addition in fees without adequate advance warning/explanation. Also, untrue statements were told to me. Better transparency and organization would be a more ethical path for this firm to follow.
I would NOT use the services of Joel G. Cohen again. I would NOT recommend him.
