Used her several years back. Decent service for the most part. Follow up service was awful. A couple of years after my bankruptcy was final, I get a call from a second mortgage holder that I thought was discharged. I called the law firm for clarification and I was called a liar and an idiot. They stated there was no way they had just reached out to me after a couple of years. It was and is now termed “zombie debt”. They were clueless, zero help, and told me not to call anymore. In my opinion, not a good way to treat a former client.
Terrible experience she did not send forms, we can’t reach her to do what she needed to do, and now we are being told it’s to late to fix things. Complete incompetence and now we are screwed for years. She won’t even return our calls. Stay away from this nightmare if you know what’s good for you.
