I was accused of crime i did no commit but this so called attorny allowed the State of Michigan to take away 16.5 years of my life by ignoring evidence that i pointed out to him and the trial court judge, i was aware of because a partial discovery document, paramedic statement that stated "pt stated he did not see gun or person that shot him". this sttement was told to 4 doctors at two different hospitals. yet this man is in court saying he saw a gun in my hand and that i shot himi asked the so called attorney to object to the the man had a freshly shaved bald spots in his head as i am as i was then a certified cosmetologist. so called attorney told me "that he will not undercut the prosecution case" i asked him again to obtain so-called victums medical records, he did not. court whom denied the records.this man sent me to prison for crime i did not commit by not using the witnesses medical records from two differrent hospitals sighned by four doctors stating pt stated
