I hired Mr. Wilkerson to represent me in my divorce. He seemed to be fighting for me until the very end when he knew I could have gotten 10 years spousal support, but only recommended 5 because as he stated it "i was getting a substantial amount from a 401K". Also, at the courthouse for signing he talked me down to a lower monthly spousal support at the last minute. He allowed my exhusband to threaten me with a jury trial and had me sign papers the days the jury was in the courthouse. He took advantage of me at the most stressful time of my life. He also didn't take into consideration the bonuses that my husband would get which were around 10,000 at a time. I believe he was working with my husbands divorce lawyer in getting him a better deal than me. I believe is unethically represented me throughout the divorce. At the time I needed a professional lawyer he was not at many times. Do not hire this man to represent you. He will fail you.
Rabb told me he could get visitation worked out. After two years, he has only been able to provide me with 3 documents, and they are just copy and paste of emails that I sent to him. I had to beg him to send me any documentation of the work that he did before I fired him. And I told him that he was fired, and I just wanted my legal documents, and it still took several months to even get a PDF of my case. He did absolutely nothing but seek out the easiest way to collect some money.
