STAY FAR AWAY from this SNAKE!!! Mr. Diamond was appointed as the financial guardian for my mother. Although very friendly and empathetic when you first meet him, that will all quickly disappear! He has done nothing the court appointed him to do, and has not even spoken to my mother since court. My mother has been waiting anxiously at a nursing home to go back home to her house as Mr. Diamond does nothing. I believe that is exactly what he wants though... for my mother to never go back home. In fact, his first words to me.... I want to put the house on the market as soon as possible. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that all he wants is to get paid as soon as possible with the least amount of work required.
