Mindy offered direct and practical advice that allowed me to avoid the never ending cycle of attorney's fees with no solution and ongoing conflict. She represented me through a number of complex complaints and always provided advice that was appropriate for the circumstances. She recommended the High Conflict Parenting Course that resulted in peace with my ex and a completely revised Agreement and the end of our never-ending litigation. Great recommendation!

Melinda Markvan handled two divorces for our family. She is an outstanding professional and both family members were extremely satisfied with the outcomes. Our son was amazed at the results because his ex-wife was very difficult to deal with. Melinda is a treasure and a great value for good legal services.

Melinda is very inexperienced. She decided to move forward without any preparation, which was costly to me. She gave the other side a chance to make claims in court that were false but we were unprepared and can't fight the misrepresentations. She would never move forward because she went to the court unprepared. As a result, she got another big check while my interests were hurt.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
