Marc was very aggressive when speaking with me about my case. Marc was NOT aggressive when handling my case with the Defendant. Marc is an awesome MEDIATOR. Marc is NOT an awesome LITIGATOR. Marc convinced me that he was a great attorney, I found Marc to be lackadaisical in his efforts and Marc was in no way willing to file an actual lawsuit and negotiate from that stand point. The defendant actually advised Marc he needed to file an actual lawsuit to obtain a 6 figure settlement, Marc refused & kindly said I was welcome to find another attorney, but after 6 months of being strung along with the hopes of filing a lawsuit , I was reluctant to start from scratch & Marc was banking on this being my position & was satisfied with a TINY settlement amount. When I finally signed the settlement agreement, the defendants made a change and Marc never sent the updated copy for my signature, when I brought this fact to Marc's attention he discounted his oversight and simply said " oh"
