    Won a motion for attorneys' fees
    costs in DC federal court based on lodestar calculation (special education law), determined by the court to be appropriate in light of the successful outcome at the administrative hearing on behalf of the parent
    guardian ad litem of a child who had been denied a free
    appropriate public education.
    Represented the parent of a child with disabilities to develop a behavioral intervention plan
    secure an appropriate least restrictive environment in compliance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.
