I worked with Mona Geidl and her team at Minnick-Hayner, P.S. on a lease agreement matter. While I ultimately settled the bill, my experience was frustrating. Despite understanding the hourly rate, I was shocked by unexpected charges for revisions after the team failed to include information I had already provided. Additionally, my 20-minute in-office meeting felt rushed, leaving me with unanswered questions and confusion. The rushed nature of the meeting and unclear billing left a bad impression. After raising my concerns, the office did offer a small reduction in the bill, but the experience still fell short of expectations. I strongly advise potential clients to get clear, upfront communication about services and charges to avoid similar issues. I would recommend careful attention to the details of service agreements and billing before proceeding with their services.
Ms. Geidl was recommended by the Walla Walla Hospice MSWs to me when I told them I was being abused by my legal guardian., Larry Nelson, of Walla Walla. I phoned her at least three times in November and December 2016. No call was returned. All I needed to do was sign a statement to remove him as a guardian, but Ms. Geidl failed to perform in any manner whatsoever. I was thereafter abused and robbed by Mr. Nelson, of monies and property. The trust of the Walla Walla Hospice MSWs and my Primary Care Physician was misplaced for the well-being of my physical and mental health. Hospice has never been forthcoming with their records, but, then, I wasn't expected to live more than six months. Four years later I've become embittered with the Walla Walla Police Department, Walla Walla Hospice, & Ms. Geidl.
