Working with this lawyers we’re absolutely amazing. They’re honest, caring and very, very honest. In my opinion if I were ever in a situation where I needed a lawyer this Law office is the one I would choose and recommend to anybody that wants to win their case and if they don’t win. well then it couldn’t be one and for all the people that complain about this Law office to be honest with you I don’t see it
This attorney and her firm withdrew from our case after 6 yrs, close to $200,000, 10 trial delays, and just weeks from trial leaving us without representation. We were nothing but respectful, patient, and supportive of her personal situation. The harm she created with the withdrawal was unconscionable. Don't be fooled by her charisma and manipulations.
Janelle Carmen took my $3000 dollar retainer before she and her team including Ashley Kulberg became impossible to communicate with. This is one shady law office with terrible customer service and no ethics whatsoever. Do not, I repeat, do not give them a dime or the time of day. Don’t be fooled by their words, as they are all false.
Ashley Kulberg and Janelle Carmen are the most unethical attorneys I have ever worked with on any issue. The lie, fabricate evidence, seem to have judges in their pocket and misrepresent their client's words. Totes get they are trying to win for their client, but they are shady as heck. To this day I am afraid I am going to get in trouble due to their lies and underhanded actions. I would give them a 0 out of 10 if I could.
To be fair, if you are well-connected and/or have a clout-worthy case then you should be fine with this local firm. However, in most circumstances it is strongly recommended to file in any other county of Washington State outside of the WW area unless your case can bring prestige to the firm.
Took my 1000 dollar retainer and strung me along for 6 months dodging communications before completely ghosting me. Shady business, very poor ethics, spend your money elsewhere on a real lawyer. Don’t be fooled by her fake sincerities, her true colors will show through
