Hired Attorney

Meeting Mr Welch for the first time, you feel ok. He comes off honest and professional but... that isn't so. Poor excuse for an attorney- seriously didn't help and lied 100% to our faces on the reconsideration hearing. We as the family are discussed with this behavior. If an attorney doesn't know what he is doing, criminal case isn't the right time to learn, especially from the state.
