I sought out the best attorney by word of mouth before going forward on my action in a family law situation. When I asked a couple of local attorneys about Virginia they said she was one of the best in the area. I also had a couple of references from other "Father's" that said she did a nice job for them as well. She handled my case as if it was the only one she was working on. I would highly recommend her for any family related legal matter.
I had the exact same experience except I'm the mother who got ran over by a bus. Marso was bias and I lost everything because of her opinion and falsifying information. This woman needs to be debarred. I never seen such manipulation, Virginia had her mind made up prior to even meeting me. Aggressively raised her voice at me at McDonald's in St. Cloud with my children in the play center, I was so embarrassed. Her report made me sick to my stomach with all the lies!
Working with Virginia Marso was really an eye opener experience. I had Virginia as a custody evaluator. She immediately sided with the other party even though she was to be objective. She was very rude, to me and to my wife at the time she was my girlfriend, confrontational and above all else arrogant as hell. Being a father who was fighting for his custody rights of his precious daughter having this woman as a evaluator was a disaster for my case (STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM VIRGINIA MARSO). For
Came to Eller Law Office to for legal representation to protect my daughter and grandchildren from abusive son in law asking for divorce from my daughter. Mediation is a joke as i still want to know what and where these individuals get there degree or common sense or integrity. The lawyer bill is over Ten grand and there is no protection for my daughter or grandkids. FYI my son in law gets the kids to destroy them how ever he sees fit and he has destroyed my daughter. Not to the point of death!
I would never use them again. First off, lady who answers the phone for Mrs. Marso was rude and nasty to anyone who called and she didn't give a fair report. It was one sided and she took everything my ex said and ran with it nothing about me at all. So if you want a fair report don't use them.
