Hired Attorney

Mr McGrath was my public defender in the 90s I was arrested for commercial promotion of maj. In the first degree. Mr McGrath told me don't worry no record worst case 4to 6 months in jail 5 yes probation. Couple months later I was sentenced to 24 yrs in prison for a joint I spent 17 yrs in prison than 5 hrs on parole. Mr McGrath sold me out sent me up the river took my life .18 hrs old . Released when I was 35 for a joint. Im 48 hrs old still can't talk to my family or walk in grocery stores or hold a job. For a little weed took my life. I think it's about time I file a civil suite against the public defenders office and the department of public safety. I want 50 million. Minimum.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
