Hired Attorney Maureen Freeman-Caddy

I was involved in a custody battle with a legal aid lawyer and needed a child support representative against State of NE, Mrs. Freeman-Caddy volunteered herself as I tried to ask the state for a representative in the case and helped me in court. She also helped out in the child custody with my Legal Aide Lawyer, self appointed. She is awesome.

Hired Attorney Maureen Freeman-Caddy

Ms. Freeman-Caddy was knowledgable and to the point regarding our circumstances. She shared that our issue was a no-win circumstance and suggested that we seek means to solve the issue outside of a court hearing. She said that it would be a waste of our money to pursue money owed to us via court.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
