This guy is freaking awesome, the best! He was knowledgeable, caring, compassionate. Eased my mind and was so supportive in one of the most terrifying matters in my life. I felt like my world was falling apart and he guided me through it.

Walt and his staff are very professional and always quick to get real estate documents out to our bank. Walt has always been very helpful and easy to work with in all real estate transactions done with his firm. I can easily rely on getting answers to questions quickly and efficiently. Walt and his firm are very cost effective in all transactions ever closed with his firm and that makes our customers very happy!

I was very impressed with Mr. Fair’s handling of my foreclosure case in Temple, TX. As the lender, I had a difficult and confrontational borrower who challenged Mr. Fair at every step. Mr. Fair handled the borrower extremely well, remaining calm and professional throughout the foreclosure process. He kept me informed of the process, was very quick to respond, and made the process very easy for me. He also has a title company that I’ve used for numerous transactions in the area, and his team is top notice. I highly recommend him for any real estate cases, and his title company for any real estate transactions in the central Texas area. My only regret is that I can’t give him 6 stars.
