The Carlson Law Firm has been representing and protecting clients since 1976. Personal Injury, Nursing Home Abuse, Offshore and Maritime Injury, Product Liability, and Mass Torts. Criminal Defense and Family Law select locations.

The Carlson Law Firm, Veteran Owned and Operated, first opened its doors in Killeen, Texas in 1976. What started out as a couple of attorneys in a small office has grown into one of the largest and most successful law firms of its kind in the great state of Texas.

Today, The Carlson Law Firm has 20 locations to serve clients across the Lonestar State, California, Florida, and throughout the nation. With more than 50 attorneys and a team of over 150 dedicated legal assistants, paralegals, legal nurses, private investigators and administrative staff, our firm’s continued success is because of the collaborative efforts of our team. The size of our staff allows our firm to focus on each individual client.

Hired Attorney Steven Walden

I came across Steve on Martindale.com website during January 2022. I was looking for an attorney to fight my Child Support case that went horribly wrong in 2019 and again in 2022. After reading Steve's profile I said, he's the one that I feel will get it right. Steve corrected the problems at hand. He listened to my concerns and notice right away what the real issues were. He took the facts to the State. Texas Child Support office was never any helpful to me, just made matters worse over the years instead of taking ownership to their mistakes. I owe zero dollars in arrears thanks to Steve. Thank you, Steve.

Attorney Jody Leake and his legal assistant Jerry did a great job, very professional. A little slow with communication but the quality of it was very high. Anyone needing legal help in this area of the law should use this firm and ask to speak with Jody or his legal assistant. They will take great care of you and you will be happy you went to them.
