I hired Gavin in good faith for a commercial real estate transaction , we went to the meeting un prepared , the Twp called him on his in experience at the meeting , after the meeting I gave him a second chance as he assured me his contacts at Lukoff Engineering and Kelly Land Surveyors would get us ready for next meeting , I gave him another $500 , and $1500 when I hired Him . We missed second meeting as his contacts dropped the ball 4x.
