Hired Attorney

I thought he did fantastic with my case until I went to file for Soc Sec Disability a year after my case closed and found out that he left out a very important "medicare set-aside clause" that should have been in my settlement docs. Hence, I am now unable to file for Soc Sec disability for another 1.5 years.
