Sharon Ann Brody

Ms Brody showed the upmost unprofessionalism that I have ever seen. She appears like a hippy lby her long clothes and hair and was astonished upon going to her home/office to find our that she is an extremist evangelical. Ms Brody lets this get in the way of her work. Since we are Muslim and not Christians, I saw her disrespect my religion, have it get in the way of foster care that had similar beliefs, and invited me to a Christian service. I could not believe what I was seeing with my own eyes. Since I am a single family household, I saw Mt child taken away despite following all the rules of CPS, and later the court system. Ms Brody did not help me find a similar minded home even though I had a solid 3 years clean drug screenings and all good reports from a "babysitter" for me to see my young child. She is not only a different religion but also racist but also practices Philogyny. She wrote a nearly completely fabricated final report. She is the worst GAL i could have wished for.

Sharon Brody profoundly failed my children. Despite receiving overwhelming evidence, professional reports, and detailed documentation of harm, she ignored critical facts and dismissed disclosures that any reasonable GAL would treat as serious safety red flags. Her investigation was incomplete, biased, and negligent. She selectively used information to support a predetermined narrative while disregarding medical findings, counseling records, documented behavior deterioration, and the children’s own voices. Ms. Brody’s refusal to acknowledge clear indicators of trauma allowed unsafe conditions to continue and caused lasting emotional damage. A GAL’s duty is to protect vulnerable children; instead, she became another source of harm. My children deserved an advocate who would investigate thoroughly, remain unbiased, and put their safety above convenience. Sharon Brody did not uphold that duty.

Ms. Brody is a Narcissist and a Nightmare. She "hides behind the Cross" to make herself appear as a Devout Christian when she is,in fact,the complete opposite. She was assigned to be my CAC who was suppose to help my husband and I get our child back., However,her only focus was to work diligently on finding a way to aid and imbed in the opposing party's goal to attempt to steal our son through the legal system by circumventing laws and more or less being a "spy" to help the opposing party with their strategies. She did not care that our son was being abused,as she steadily ignored our cries and refused to help us get him removed from that place of abuse he was permitted to be in. She went as far as trying to get my son's Birth Certificate from me saying it was "for Summer Camp" to help complete her diabolical goal of human trafficking our son through organized crime in the Legal System.
