I met with Scott at his office, he takes all of my information and says he will review my case and get back to me next week. 2 weeks go by and I call him, leave a message and I don't hear back from him for over 2 months! On the call back he says he reviewed the information and tries to explain what his understanding of the policy is. He was so far off base I doubt he even looked at it or he doesn't understand how insurance policies work. I had already found another knowledgeable attorney that can communicate for less than what Scott wanted to charge and I am already close to a settlement. Don't waste your time contacting Scott.
