Hired Attorney Richard W. Ratajczak

It was a simple traffic violation, speeding. I have not had a ticket for years. The court was a distance from my house so I responded to Mr. Ratajczak solicitation and he said he would be able to represent me and ask for a dismissal with driver improvement program. I did the program, sent the certificate and found out from the court he had only asked for a continuance the first time, not the program. It is the day before court and I have been calling him for 2.5 months. no return call. The

Unprofessional. I would no recommend him even to my worst enemy. Run away from this guy. Did not met with us once and charged 10k Wouldn’t refund anything.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness.
