Rarely do we meet a lawyer that possesses every quality that you are looking for in a but Mr. Charles Pincus does. He is professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. His ability to explain the legal aspects of your case is amazing. He immediately puts you at ease and makes you feel like you are family and he has your back. Hired Attorney Charles Pincus III

He was well educated. He listened to what we had to say and answered all of our questions. He was also nice and easy to talk to. He knew our financial situation and gave us a fair price with payment arrangements. He did a lot based on a short period of time. He didn't even get the case until the day before court. He fought to get the best possible outcome. He cares about his clients. I would recommend him and use him again!

Almost impossible to get in touch with, didn't give much guidance, my ex & I did our own negotiations, he just wrote it down & submitted it to the judge.

Hired Law Firm

I was found guilty on a charge and the court decided not to move forward on 2 other charges that I was innocent of under Mr. Pincus direction. After being found guilty, I represented myself in circuit court and all charges was dismissed. Pincus refused to give my money back which seem very unprofessional. I had little to no communication with him during our process and when I reached out to his office, I was informed that he was on vacation days before my case.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
