In any profession it is hard to find someone you like and have confidence in their abilities as a professional. Ms. Michaud is one of those rare people. When you're in a family mess, you need someone who is sensitive to the severe emotional drain this puts on you, but is also capable of keeping you on track to make sure that you get the results you need. Hopefully, I'll never need her services again, but I do recommend her to others whose lives have been turned upside down.
She is strictly an email lawyer. Ineffective, but if you need an email sent then she's the person. She charges 250 an hour. She will burn your deposit quickly, especially on upkeep of client records. She doesn't seem to know the law very well and has to ask her assistant for answers. My new lawyer has been practicing for 40 years and Ms.Michaud 20 years but he has never heard of her. She will make deals with opposing counsel,divulge information to aide the opposing counsel. To win see James Wise
